These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Auto Transport Academy website and mentorship services operated by Auto Transport Academy, LLC (“Auto Transport Academy,” “ATA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing this website or engaging in our mentorship services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Auto Transport Academy provides educational mentorship and guidance related to operating an auto transport brokerage. Services may include one-on-one mentorship, strategic guidance, educational materials, and implementation support.

ATA does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence and complying with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

While ATA provides guidance based on real-world brokerage experience, results vary depending on individual effort, execution, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

No guarantees of income, profitability, or business success are made or implied.

3. Eligibility

By engaging with ATA, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • You will use the mentorship responsibly and ethically

4. Payment Terms

Mentorship fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • All payments are final

  • No refunds are guaranteed once mentorship begins

  • Payment methods may be limited to reduce risk and ensure integrity of services

ATA reserves the right to decline or discontinue services at its discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Auto Transport Academy — including materials, frameworks, systems, documents, and mentorship guidance — is proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any ATA materials

  • Share mentorship content with third parties

  • Use ATA content to create competing programs

Written permission is required for any reuse.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all mentorship materials, strategies, and internal discussions confidential.

Likewise, ATA respects the confidentiality of participant information and discussions, except as required by law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent ATA or its services

  • Use mentorship content for unethical or illegal purposes

  • Harass, threaten, or misuse communication channels

ATA reserves the right to terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Auto Transport Academy, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or mentorship services.

Your participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Transport Academy, LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of services or violation of these Terms.
